  • Certificate and min. 8 years experience in fine dine restaurant
  • Must be well organized and have experience in purchasing / inventory
  • Proven record of food cost & quality control
  • must be an effective leader & able to train
  • Experienced working in a busy "a la carte" kitchen with Fresh Sea Food, Steaks and Pasta
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • must be energetic and  a good communicator

Chef de Rang / Bartender

  • Certificate and min. 5 years experience in fine dine restaurant
  • Responsible for inventory, stock keeping, hygiene
  • Wine knowledge is essential
